What do I need to know before I rent?
You will need identification.
- This includes a Missouri Driver’s License and a major credit card. Out-of-state and cash rentals are accepted with security deposit.
Our rental terms are as follows:
- All rental fees are due in advance. Additional deposits are required on some items.
- We accept all major credit cards and company checks.
- Commercial Accounts are available. If you are interested in opening a commercial account, ask us about the application process.
We do allow for reservations.
- We gladly accept reservations over the phone or you’re welcome to stop by the store. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this service so we can make sure we have what you want when you need it. Please stop by or give us a call at 417.777.0000 to learn more.
Our Rental Period terms are:
- The rental period begins at the time the equipment is rented and continues until the equipment is returned to us and the customer gets their receipt. This includes Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays. In the event of mechanical failure, please contact us immediately so we can make any necessary time adjustments as well as get your unit fixed or replaced.
What are the rental rates?
Hourly
- 4 hour-equipment has to be returned within 4 hours
Daily
- 24 Hours (Friday in fall and winter due back on Monday by 8 AM; Saturday rentals in spring/summer are due back on Monday by 8 AM)
- Beginning 10/4-5/1, the “Weekend Rate” is between 4 PM-6 PM on Fridays
- Anything rented on Thursday for one day must be returned by 4 PM on Friday
- Friday morning rentals will be the 1 day rate and must be returned by 4 PM on Friday, (IF) there is a weekend reservation for it being picked up at 4 PM (otherwise it will be a 2 day rate to keep it until Monday morning)
- Friday mid-day rentals have to have it back by 4 PM
- Everything is due back by 8 AM however with a little grace no later than 9 AM on Monday.
Weekly
- 7 Consecutive Days
Monthly
- 28 Consecutive Days (4 weeks)
